At OMG, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't perfect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
